COVID-19 Statement

Dear customers,

We are all aware of the impact COVID-19 is having on both a personal and business level. Our thoughts are with anyone affected by it, and with all the key workers facing it on the frontline and keeping things running for the rest of us.

It is as a direct result of this impact and the current situation that the manufacturers of the vast majority of PPE used in this country have decided to apply a sizeable price increase to virtually all their products.

We are striving to absorb as much of this as we can, however, such is the scale of the increase that it is impossible for us to completely mitigate it.

Unfortunately this means we will be unable to avoid price increases on several product lines, most notably PPE.

We want to inform you that we will not be applying a blanket price increase across all product lines affected; instead we will be reviewing each product individually and calculating the minimum percentage increase we can apply, thus hopefully mitigating a reasonable amount of it for you, our customers.

We never like to raise the price of products, and only do so when we ourselves receive a price increase from our suppliers that we can not feasibly absorb in its entirety.
