Customers placing orders online using Internet Explorer may of have seen the following error message when clicking the checkout button at the basket:
A security certificate is digital document which a website sends to your browser to tell the browser that the website is secure, however if you have the TLS 1.2 setting disabled in your internet options it will not allow your browser to read this digital certificate.
To fix this problem please refer to the screen shot below. All you need to do is:
Open 'Internet Options'(from Internet Explorer or Control Panel)
Select the 'Advanced' Tab
Scroll to the bottom & Tick Use TLS 1.2
Click Apply(in the bottom right corner)
